• How does the CQ™ Coupon program work?

  The CQ™ App displays your CQ™ Coupon and information about your CQ™ Loyalty program, your business name, telephone number, email address, business address, a map showing your location and directions to your location.

• How does the CQ™ Rewards program work?

  The CQ™ App works with any Droid smartphone with Android OS 2.3 or greater, any iPhone 3gs or greater, and iPad1 or iPad 2 or greater.

• What other information is displayed along with my CQ™ Coupon?

  Try CQ™ free for 30 days. CQ™ will automatically bill your credit card $49.99 per month at the end of the free 30 day period. The billing cycle is the first of the month. Alternatively, you can pay $479.88 for the full year in advance. That’s only $39.99 per month - a saving of $120!

• What devices does CQ™ work with?

  You get the “Hyper-Local” CQ™ Beacon, point-of-sale countertop displays, and window decals.

• How much will it cost to join the CQ™ Program?

  All of the components provided in the CQ™ App Welcome Kit are designed to be easily and quickly self-installed.

• What comes in the CQ™ App Merchant Kit?

  Simply place the CQ™ Beacon in a convenient location towards the front of your business facing drive-by and walk-by traffic. It can be affixed to a display window or a front door. Because it is self-contained, it needs no connections to power, etc.

• Can I install the CQ™ Beacon myself?

  All of the components provided in the CQ™ App Welcome Kit are designed to be easily and quickly self-installed.

• Where should I display the CQ™ Beacon?

  Simply place the CQ™ Beacon in a convenient location towards the front of your business facing drive-by and walk-by traffic. It can be affixed to a display window or a front door. Because it is self-contained, it needs no connections to power, etc.

• What is the range of CQ™?

  The CQ™ System can make your CQ™ Coupon visible to any CQ™ App user anywhere on the planet. In addition, the CQ™ App can broadcast your CQ™ Coupon to any CQ™ App user within a 15 mile radius of your business. The CQ™ Beacon can “push” your CQ™ Coupon to the forefront of the CQ™ App as CQ™ App users pass by within close proximity to — or enter into — your business location.

• How long does the battery last?

  The CQ™ Beacon is battery powered and will run for approximately 2 to 3 years. The batteries are field replaceable.

• How do I get customers to sign up?

  Use the CQ™ Loyalty Rewards Program as an incentive to sign up your customers. Work with the CQ™ Point-of-Sale display, which contains a “QR” code that anyone can point their cell phone at and easily and quickly download and install the CQ™ App. The CQ™ App can also be conveniently installed from the Droid “Play Store” or the Apple “App Store.”

• What is your cancellation policy?

  You can cancel your CQ™ account anytime by going to CQ™ Admin from your smart cell phone or computer. Cancellation of your service will take affect at the end of the current monthly billing period. If you have paid for the year in advance and choose to cancel your service during the year, we will refund the remaining portion less the months previously used at the monthly billing rate of $49.99.

• What devices does the CQ™ App work with?

• What is the cost of CQ™?

  CQ™ is free. Just click on “Download the App”, or go to Google Play, the Apple App Store or your smart phone’s app store.

• How does CQ™ know where I am shopping?

  CQ™ uses a proprietary patented positioning technology that is designed to send an immediate message to a potential customer’s wireless mobile device as they pass within close proximity to a CQ™ enabled store location.

• Is CQ™ tracking my movement?

  CQ™ does not track movement. The CQ™ system only knows when a potential customer is within close proximity to a CQ™ enabled store location.

• Does CQ™, the stores, service providers, or anyone else track my personal information?

  Other than sending an immediate message to a potential customer’s wireless mobile device, the CQ™ system does not retain any information as to who you are, where you are, where you’re going, when you were at a particular location, or any other personal data or tracking information.

• How does the CQ™ Loyalty Rewards program work?

  Very simple. Business owners want to reward you for being a loyal shopper. Each participating business offers a reward based on the number of times you return to shop. Once you reach the goal — set by each business — you will have earned the reward.

• How do I set up my CQ™?

  Download the CQ™ App from Google Play, the Apple App Store or your smart phone’s app store. The CQ™ App is intuitive and very easy to use.

• Can I search for stores, restaurants and/or entertainment and sports venues to receive notices from?

  Yes. You can search from within the CQ™ App for any business that is part of the CQ™ community.

• Does it work if you're in a moving car?

  The CQ™ App will alert your smart cell phone that it has found participating businesses around you. It will store this until you are able to safely view the results.
